GALWAYnow is looking for a talented Digital Account Executive to join its expanding digital team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage our existing client portfolio as well as convert digital leads and prospects into new customers. Ultimately, the successful candidate will be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, across both digital and print media.
Responsibilities
● Act as the point of contact for clients for digital account management
● Build strong, long-term client relationships, maintaining frequent contact
● Identify and understand clients’ needs and provide solutions to address them
● Develop digital strategies for your customers, considering their business objectives
● Assist in the planning and implementation of digital campaigns
● Cross sell print solutions in GALWAYnow magazine
● Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
● Participate in client meetings and presentations
● Analyse digital campaign results and compile reports as needed
● Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements and skills
● In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
● Experience with customer service and account management
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong analytical skills
● Strong project management skills
● Passion and flair for social media
● BSc degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or relevant field preferable but not essential
