On Thursday, 6 February, Menopause Speaker and Coach Catherine O’Keeffe (aka Wellness Warrior) will hold an introductory talk on menopause and perimenopause. She will advise women on how to prepare for these chapters in their lives and will inform them as to what to expect. She will present the different symptoms and suggest solutions to ease them as well astalk the audience through the various options available from the natural route to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) allowing them to understand these options in an unbiased and informed way.
Catherine wishes for women to experience vitality through good food, healthy lifestyle, exercise, and nourishing self-care. Most importantly, she is passionate about empowering women with knowledge to make informed choices about their health and their own individual menopause journey. Every woman is different, as will be their experience of menopause and perimenopause and Catherine will ‘uncover the tips and tricks to navigate the hormonal rollercoaster’.
