A sound bath is a form of deep relaxation and meditation using sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other percussion instruments. As in-person sessions cannot take place currently, many companies, like SoundMagic Ireland, are now providing sound bath recordings allowing you to take part in this relaxation method from the comfort of your own home.
