Coole Park Galway
With the good weather (hopefully) going to pick up over the next week, take a stroll through the woods in Coole Park. Whether you’re going with friends or family, there are two different marked trails: The Family Trail or The Seven Woods Trail. The Family Trail takes you on a journey to explore the walled garden with the Autograph Tree, with initials of many of the famous writers, the river and the turlough. The Seven Woods Trail is a 4.5km walk and connects the different woods made famous in poetry by W.B. Yeats. For more information visit Coole Park Nature Reserve – National Parks.
