Scrub Up Well With Clean Coasts
Calling all nature enthusiasts, environmentalists and beach lovers, Big Beach Clean is back again and ready to rally up more troops to remove litter from the ocean. Hoping to beat their 2019 initiative where over 20 clean-up events were held which removed over 3 tonnes of rubbish all over the region. Running from September 17th to 19th, the worldwide citizens science project will help heighten awareness about the issue of marine litter.

It’s A Marathon Not A Sprint
Mental Health Advocate Niall Breslin (Bressie) invites you to embark on the physical, mental and emotional challenging journey involved with preparing for a marathon. ‘Marathon Mind’ brings together four individuals with powerful personal stories each with their own unique challenges in life to encourage them to complete 26.2 miles of mental, emotional and physical endurance.
