Use your harvest to create your very own bottle of sloe gin to bring home with you. Followed by an al fresco dining experience in our alluvial woods. Devin O'Sullivan of @feastireland will be using an array of only the best in-season and local produce such as oysters, organic vegetables, wild herbs, cheese and much more. Devin aims to use only what can be grown, harvested, fished or foraged on the island of Ireland and showcase incredible Irish produce. 3. Take a Sound Bath 

If you’re looking to experience something totally new, why not try a sound bath at the Galway Wellness Centre. It aids relaxation, mindfulness and helps destress. It’s also very good for helping muscular tension. Be sure to try out this pleasant experience on Sunday.

4. Get Breakfast at Pascal

If you’re looking for the ideal breakfast spot be sure to pop in Pascals for some of the nicest pancakes in Galway. Pascal has a great selection of breakfasts, from sweet to savory, with the perfect coffee to match. You won’t leave hungry.

5. Visit the Ballinglen Museum of Art

Take a look at the exhibition of art on display at the Ballinglen Art Museum in Mayo. The Irish and international art on display is well worth a trip and was created in response to the various artists’ stay at The Ballinglen Arts Foundation.
