1. CITÓG RECORDS VOL. 4 LAUNCH
This Thursday, June 11th, Citóg Records are launching VOL 4 with a gig in The Róisín Dubh. This free event will feature performances from The Curly Organ, Dylan Murphy Music, and Field Trip. All who attend will get a free download code of the new album. Citóg Records is an independent, artist-run, co-operative record label and collective based in Galway city on the west coast of Ireland. Their aim is to support and promote original music from Galway and bring it to a wider audience. We are committed to the ideals of community development, cooperative organisation, and cultural sustainability.

2. GALWAY FILM FLEADH
The 31st Galway Film Fleadh takes place from 9th -14th July in the Town Hall Theatre and Pálás cinema, Galway. This year’s festival includes an unmissable programme of New Irish Cinema, featuring a number of World Premieres from talented Irish directors. This home-grown programme includes the very best in dramatic and comedic features in addition to a range of fascinating documentaries which cover a range of topics across politics, the arts, culinary innovation, and human rights. 3. CONNEMARA OYSTER FESTIVAL
The much-anticipated event (by seafood lovers) takes place this weekend. The Connemara Oyster Festival brings a collection of fantastic chefs, fresh and mouthwatering food and of course the oysters! People who attended the event last year had a great experience of amazing food, great company, and fantastic entertainment. If you’ve never had an oyster before, here is the perfect opportunity! 4. LOVESHACKFANCY POP-UP @ BROWN THOMAS GALWAY
