Galway Bay Golf Resort has recently added to its growing list of impressive appointments, securing Sean Buckley as its Head Chef.

Sean has spent nearly 30 years in the Hospitality industry as a Head Chef and his impressive CV includes stints in Paris, Sous Chef at Manchester United, Nearly five years at the Radisson Blu as Executive Head Chef, followed by five years as Head Chef in Hotel Meyrick.

He brings with him a new menu that includes the same favourites (with a new twist) and some of his own specials from his time working around Europe.

Serving food seven days a week, with views of Galway Bay, Galway City and Connemara, Galway Bay Golf Resort is the perfect destination for Sunday lunch, christenings, Christmas parties, corporate functions or any other social event.
