TV host, Travel writer and Health enthusiast, Amanda Byram, sure knows how to Entertain, Empower and now in her latest venture, Educate!


Amanda’s career started at an early age when she took the modelling world by storm. The entertainment world soon came calling and Amanda’s first gig was co-hosting Ireland’s first ever breakfast show. After taking to television like a duck to water, and after just one year at the helm of Ireland AM, Amanda was invited to join the iconic breakfast show, The Big Breakfast, on Channel 4. It was only a matter of time before Hollywood took notice and soon Amanda was fronting primetime network shows which catapulted her in to the limelight. AByram

Having spent most of her adult life in front of the camera, Amanda understands the pressure that women feel to look a certain way. Having always enjoyed the benefits of a fit and active lifestyle, Amanda has become increasingly known for her athleticism in the last few years. By embracing an active and healthy lifestyle, Amanda, a certified personal trainer, wants to share her passion and advice to help women of all ages to get, and stay, in shape.

Amanda now combines her TV work with her interest in health, fitness and diet, which includes blogs, regular magazine columns and a signature gym gear collection ‘Body by Byram’ .
