Host your own Pink Party for Breast Cancer Awareness

Galway Goes Pink This October
October is breast cancer awareness month and Galway based charity, Breast Cancer
Research, formerly The National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI), are asking
everyone to consider holding a fundraising event, such as a ‘Pink Day’ coffee morning, ‘Pink Party’, or a cake sale at their work place, school or home in aid of the charity during the course of the month.

Every cent counts and this also gives companies or schools a chance to have some fun while supporting the work of the research team based at the Lambe Institute for Translation Research, NUI Galway.

If you have a fundraising idea and would like to support Breast Cancer Research during the month of October you can call 091 863 917, Email or visit: for more information.
