The 10th annual Galway Garden Festival will take place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July at the stunning Claregalway Castle, and promises to be a very special weekend.
Nursery suppliers from across Ireland will share a wealth of planting experience with all who browse the plant stalls’ extensive range of plants, trees, seeds, shrubs and a selection of garden equipment. A variety of food and drink will be available on the grounds all day Saturday and Sunday. Visitors can sit on the banks of the Clare River in the lush greenery of Claregalway Castle between expert talks from speakers including Gerry Hussey, Fionnuala Fallon and Dr Colman O’Clabaigh.
There will also be live entertainment, food vendors and plenty of fun and games for children. The Galway Garden Festival is truly an explosion of colour, scent, sound, texture, and tastes. All profits from the entrance fee will go to the wonderful and transformative work of the Christian Blind Mission Ireland. For more details, go to galwaygardenfestival.com
