The g Hotel recently celebrated Summer with their first in their Food & Wine dinner series taking place in Restaurant gigi’s.
For the first wine pairing dinner the g Hotel partnered with The Vineyard wine merchant (based here in Galway.) They also introduced two wine makers, brothers Philippe Germain of Château de la Roulerie in the Loire Valley and Thierry Germain of Domaine des Roches Neuves – a leading light in Organic and Bio wines in France.
The delicious five course menu featured the very best of ingredients sourced along the Wild Atlantic Way as well as showcasing the very best of Galway in the year Galway has been chosen as the European Region of Gastronomy.
