Cahernane House Hotel have teamed up with holistic sleep therapist Deirdre O’ Connor to bring you ‘The Sleep Coach Package’ which runs on the 15 – 17 of November. The 2-night/3-day sleep package has been designed by Deirdre and the team at Cahernane House Hotel to incorporate practical tips and effective interventions to optimise sleep. This package includes two nights bed and breakfast, dinner on both evenings, yoga and practical sleep tips for guests in search of their elusive 40- winks. The package is a beautiful cross-pollination of stillness, somatic movement, restful yoga, mindfulness and deep-muscle unwinding bringing you back to a quieter place to ready you for deep, restful and nourishing sleep.  

Friday:

  • Arrive at Cahernane House and check in to your Deluxe room
  • 3-course casual dinner in The Cellar at 6.30pm.
  • Bed-Time Yoga and Yoga Nidra Relaxation from 8.15pm – 9.45 p.m in the Library.


Saturday:

  • Breakfast from 8am – 10am.
  • One hour presentation of techniques for optimising your sleep followed by 30 minutes questions and answers.
  • Tea/Coffee and cookies served during Q&A session.
  • The afternoon is for your leisure to take a walk to Killarney national Park or ask for one of our complimentary bicycles and cycle to Muckross Abbey.
  • At 5.30pm, meet your sleep coach for a talk on “Untying the Knots – releasing deeper tensions”
  • Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the Cellar bar followed by a 5-course dinner menu in Herbert Restaurant. Our menu has been carefully selected to include foods that help the quality of one’s sleep.

Sunday:

  • Breakfast from 8am – 10am.
  • Meet at 10am in Library for a session on Somatic Brain Re-training.
  • Enjoy a short sequence of ‘Rise and Shine’ Yoga to help prepare you for your journey home.
  • Depart Cahernane with a gift bag, including Elemis quiet mind pillow spray.
