Brasserie on the Corner to host a ‘Pancake Party’ in Aid of Jigsaw Galway

Brasserie on the Corner is hosting a ‘Pancake Party’ in aid of Jigsaw Galway, from 10am – 12 noon on Tuesday 13th February and you’re invited!

Mark it in your diary, gather up your family, friends or work colleagues and celebrate ‘Pancake Tuesday’ while supporting a worthy charity. The culinary team will be flipping up freshly made pancakes with all the trimmings, served with tea/coffee for only €5 per person.

There will also be a host of giveaways and raffle prizes to be won on the morning with special thanks to Java Republic, who are sponsoring all the tea and coffee for the event.

By attending the Pancake Party you’ll be directly assisting the work of Jigsaw Galway, a Pancakefree and confidential service supporting young people’s mental health and well-being (aged 15 – 25) in both Galway city and county. Jigsaw also offers advice and guidance to anyone concerned about a young person in their life. For more information on Jigsaw, drop into Fairgreen Road in Galway City, call 091 549 252 or visit

“Following the success of last years event, we are really looking forward to our now annual Pancake Party. Everyone is welcome to attend and we want to raise as much money as possible so be sure to spread the word!” says Eimear Killian, General Manager of Brasserie on the Corner.
