A festival for those who have an appreciation of fresh food, great flavours and diverse cultures, it will be a weekend which will promote Galway as a destination for exceptional cuisine, crafts and unique brews and flavours. The event will also highlight the importance of moderation, healthy eating, fitness and wellbeing. Our goal is to achieve this by running this festival as a celebration of the cultures surrounding us in the west of Ireland.
