As part of October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month a special fundraising afternoon in aid of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute will be held at the g Hotel on October 14th.  ‘Afternoon Tea, Jazz and Comedy at the g’ will feature music from Jazz singer, Michelle Lally accompanied by Pianist Colm Henry and Saxophonist Bertránd Huvé.

Guests will be greeted with a sparkling reception sponsored by Diageo on arrival complimented by delicious treats from the creative culinary team at the g Hotel. Special raffles will be held throughout the afternoon with a prize for each table.

Keep an eye out for the man of many voices, Aidan Tierney aka TIERNEY TALKS who recently appeared on RTE’s ‘Up For The Match’.

Proceeds will go to Galway-based charity, the National Breast Cancer Research Institute who fund a comprehensive breast cancer research programme at the Lambe Institute for Translation Research, NUI Galway, headed up by Director of Research, Professor Michael Kerin.
