Season permitting, Dela grows as much of their own produce as possible on their Moycullen farm. At peak growing season their greens & eggs have a ‘plot to plate’ time of minutes. Newly owned restaurant Ré Nao located on the Spanish Arch serves delicious authentic cuisine from the Xi’an region in China. Kai is the Maori word for food and in 2011 they opened their door with a simple formula — high-quality produce, preferably organic or wild, sourced locally and cooked intelligently.
