My little Jack-Riley took his first step and… I missed it! After weeks of waiting for this milestone, hoping that I would be there, I was out in the gorgeous sunshine with my friend, I stepped inside for a moment and boom – he took his first step! It’s okay though as my friend was as excited as I was, so that it made it all acceptable!
Let the fun begin!
Glammed up for Galway!
So who’s excited about the Galway Races? I am hoping to attend this year so I have my outfit picked out and ready to go! I am thinking of going dramatic with the skirt and keeping everything else quite simple. And what race outfit is complete without an oversized headpiece!
If you are going to the family race day it gives you the perfect opportunity to get the whole family dressed up and looking like superstars for the day! How adorable are these occasion wear pieces from JoJo Maman Bébé.
No race day look is complete without a pair of oversized sunnies. I always like to buy one good pair that actually give your eyes protection and look good at the same time. I find that if I spend more on them, I am more likely to look after them rather than a cheap high street pair!
Hours of Fun!
Who knew a simple bubble machine could create so much entertainment? This was a great buy for the garden this summer; simply fill it with bubble liquid, turn it on, sit back and watch the pure excitement from the children trying to catch the bubbles (while you get to have a well deserved break from running around!)
It can be difficult to continuously apply sun cream correctly throughout the entire day on a baby, especially when they are wriggling about. That’s why I love P20 – you apply it before you go out and it provides a long lasting solution. I still apply it again later in the day to be on the safe side, but it’s water resistant so you don’t have to reapply as much as you would with others.
I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t seem to keep a hat on my baby. He constantly takes it off. Here’s my latest purchase and so far so good. Just look at the print, too cute!
